
6 Week Online Prenatal Course
Over 8 hours of prenatal classes that are both strong and gentle with a mixture of yoga poses, meditation, visualisation and breathwork to help alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare your body and mind for birth and beyond.
My hope and wish is that these classes allow you to tune into your body’s wisdom, give you the ability to love and accept your body as it makes so many incredible changes to grow this new life inside you and give you the space and time to connect with your baby!

Week 1 - Pelvic Stability - Core
-
1 x 60-minute full-length class and 1 x 15-minute technique class, focusing on creating stability around the pelvis and abdomen through gentle abdominal strengthening and posture technique to help alleviate lower and upper back pain.
Week 2 - Pelvic Stability - Hips

1 x 60-minute full-length class and 1 x 12-minute quick glute workout, focusing on strengthening the glutes to help support pelvic stability and also some gentle stretches to help alleviate aches, pains and tightness in the hips.
Week 3 - Release Upper Body

1 x 60-minute full-length class and 1 x 8-minute short neck/shoulder release class, focusing on the upper body, opening safely into the chest, shoulders and releasing tension in the neck as well as the upper back.
Week 4 - Restorative

1 x 60-minute full-length Restorative Class for deep rest and relaxation.
Week 5 - Supported Chair Sequence

1 x 60-minute full-length chair supported class and 1 x 10-minute quick office chair sequence.
Week 6 - Birth and Labour Prep

1 x 45-minute full-length class and PDF download showing you how some of the yoga postures and breathing exercises you have already practised during the course can help you during labour.

1 x 20 minute before bed sequence to help alleviate restless legs and night cramps

1 x 20 minute gentle a joint freeing sequence, which is great to do in the mornings or if you are feeling stiff or tired to get the energy moving through your body.
These classes are for all abilities and stages of yoga and pregnancy BUT please do not start this course until you are in the second trimester (12 weeks +).
